Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Birmingham to support the Store Manager in leading a retail team and driving daily operations. You will be a hands-on leader, stepping in wherever needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to drive KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong communication and organizational/problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
