Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the branch on time and record attendance.
• Support the Manager in leading staff and developing skills.
• Ensure CRM processes are used to log calls, prospects and activities.
• Assist in securing new customers and progressing them through the CRM prospect process.
• Contribute to the monthly Balanced Scorecard and business reviews.
• Support stock management, promotions, and store procedures.
