Your role will focus on achieving high sales while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Our Assistant Store Managers are dedicated to excellence, leading high-performing teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of employee development and performance
• Make informed operational decisions for short and long-term success
• Ensure excellent customer service and high standards
• Lead with strong leadership skills and due diligence
• Motivate employees and drive success
• Minimize costs and optimize productivity
• Oversee property management, cost control, and sales targets
• Coordinate with the Area Manager on sales, stock, and financial management

What You'll Get in Return:

• Salary starting at £37,585, rising to £44,310 after 4 years, with additional London allowance up to £2,960
• Flexible contracts of 32/36/40 hours over 4 days or 40/45 hours over 5 days, including weekends; salaries are pro-rata
• 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 5 weeks after 2 years
• Comprehensive training for the first 3 months and ongoing support
