POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD in Birmingham New Street is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and to deliver outstanding customer service that drives sales. You will lead a team, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure excellent visual merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires leadership, strong organisational skills, and fluent English.

This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer collectible pieces will make you a competitive candidate.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operationsProvide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaintsTrain and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targetsClosely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishmentControl stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shopliftingOwn visual merchandising.
