Crew Clothing Norwich is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store manager in achieving sales targets, developing the team and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising. You will champion the brand, deliver a welcoming shopping experience and lead by example in service and knowledge of our products.

The role requires strong customer focus, clear communication and retail experience; IT skills and luxury fashion brand experience are desirable.
