What you can expect:

• Act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager to monitor and manage all store areas and team members in KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.
• Full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager, including operational tasks.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, staff planning, and performance measurement.
• Drive the team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
• Ensure procedures are executed and policies followed using all available tools.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
• Passionate about leading, motivating, and training team members through active supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
• Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
