The brand is internationally recognised for its handcrafted leather footwear, combining style, comfort, and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager reicht the daily management of the store, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are achieved and exceeded.
• Actively sell on the shop floor, delivering an outstanding customer experience and building long‑term client relationships.
• Monitor store performance and assist in implementing action plans to improve results when necessary.
• Support the training, motivation, and development of the store team, maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and operational standards, consistently reflecting the brand’s identity.
• Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, including stock management, reporting, and coordination with Head Office.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Candidate Profile

Previous retail experience, ideally within the premium or luxury retail sector.

• Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience (e.g., Senior Sales Assistant or Keyholder) is highly desirable.
