Job summary

L'IMPERTINENTE - Ysé in London is recruiting a Sales Advisor (M/F) on a fixed term contract for 24 hours per week, available from 1 December to 31 December. You welcome clients with kindness and attention, advise them on our collections and help them find pieces that make them feel confident.

• You are thorough, you master procedures and tools and work with method.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support each client with generosity, attentiveness and kindness whilst offering sincere advice.
• Actively contribute to driving revenue, boutique performance indicators and client retention.
• Handle till operations with rigour and professionalism.
• Participate in all in-house training to master Ysé's collections in depth.
• Consistently uphold brand image standards by applying Ysé's merchandising fundamentals with care and precision.
• Ensure correct shelf placement according to Store Manager guidelines and report any product inconsistencies observed.
• Master operational tasks within defined timescales: deliveries, restocking, returns, stock takes.
• Master till opening and closing procedures.
• Use Shopify tools, RFID technology and omnichannel processes (Click & Collect) confidently.

For our boutique in London, we are recruiting a Sales Advisor (M/F) on a fixed term contract basis, 24h per week. This role is available from 1 December to 31 December.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

CLIENT SERVICE & SALES

• Welcome and support each client with generosity, attentiveness and kindness whilst offering sincere advice

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & MERCHANDISING

• Participate in all in-house training to master Ysé's collections in depth

STOCK MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

IMAGE, CLEANLINESS & TEAM SPIRIT

• Actively contribute to boutique cleanliness and maintenance (flooring, fixtures, fitting rooms, windows)

• Foster a positive, supportive and kind working atmosphere within your team

• Actively participate in boutique life and team cohesion
