Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards alongside the Retail Branch Manager and ensure smooth operation from front of house to warehouse.
• Lead by example to motivate the team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee store management tasks including budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management and profitability.
