• Store standards – with the Retail Branch Manager, ensure smooth operations from front of house to warehouse and maintain high standards.
• Inspire your team – lead by example and motivate to deliver a great customer experience.
• Store management – manage budgets, rotas and payroll, analyze P&L, control stock and improve profits.
