Formación

• Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail setting.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire, lead, coach the store team to foster accountability and high performance.
• Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of brand ambassadors.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, drive results and accountability.
• Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations.
• Manage the client database to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate on local customer events to generate revenue.
• Ensure consistent client communication using clienteling tools.
• Maintain inventory integrity through audits and bi-annual inventories.
• Utilize company platforms and implement updates appropriately.
