Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a department and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs such as sales, shrinkage and wage control.
• Drive exceptional customer service and team engagement.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising and compliance.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Analyse store data to identify improvements and growth.
