Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run a £multi-million store, motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.

You'll support the Store Manager with deliveries, placing orders and customer queries, then focus on people management, performance, and holiday rotas while driving sales, service, and efficiency. This role prepares you to step into the Store Manager's shoes in their absence.

• Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment.
• Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency.
• Motivated to consistently achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Help maximise sales, ensure great customer service and monitor costs and efficiency.
• Be prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes in their absence.
