Aldi UK is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help run a busy, multi-million pound store. You will motivate and develop a diverse and talented team while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll support the Store Manager with deliveries, placing orders and handling customer queries, and you’ll lead on people management, performance and rota planning. The role focuses on maximizing sales, reducing costs and improving operational efficiency.
