Cotswold Outdoor is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy store in the Southampton area. You will support daily operations, coach staff to deliver expert customer service, and step in when the Store Manager is away.

Expect a starting salary of £28,000 with a yearly bonus of up to £2,000, plus extensive staff discounts and ongoing training opportunities to develop leadership skills and product knowledge.
