Cotswold Outdoor Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our busy stores. You will support daily operations, coach the team to deliver expert service, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

You’ll work 40 hours per week and benefit from staff discounts, development opportunities and wellbeing support. Join a team that helps customers enjoy the outdoors and grow together.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for outdoor gear.
• Knowledge of store operations, stock control, safety and merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager to run daily store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver expert service and meet performance targets.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
• Step up to lead when the Store Manager is away.
• Maintain an organised, inviting and well-presented store.
