Poundland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, driving performance and delivering exceptional service. You will lead by example, coach the team, and maintain outstanding store standards daily.

You will focus on customer service, stock management, and loss prevention while keeping operations smooth in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes leadership and commercial awareness.

• Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team.
• Coaching the team to deliver outstanding service and standards.
• Oversee stock management, loss prevention, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive performance, hit targets, and ensure smooth store operations.
• Support more junior colleagues and contribute to succession planning.
