Poundland is looking for a motivated Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering a fantastic shopping experience for customers every day. You’ll help create a friendly store environment, manage deliveries and merchandising, and support daily operations on the shop floor and in the warehouse.

In this fast-paced role you’ll lead by example, energise the team, and foster great teamwork and customer service. Retail experience is essential, leadership experience a bonus.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Retail experience is required to deliver strong customer service.
• Ability to lead by example and support colleagues on the shop floor.
