Poundland is looking for a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering a fantastic shopping experience. You’ll help create a welcoming store, manage deliveries and merchandising, and keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse.

You will motivate the team, support performance, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Retail experience is needed; leadership experience is a bonus but not essential.
