Poundland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a busy retail team and delivering outstanding service daily. You’ll drive performance, coach staff, and ensure store standards, stock management, and loss prevention are carried out smoothly.

You’ll motivate your team, develop succession plans, and lead by example while monitoring sales, performance, and day-to-day operations in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and essential people leadership skills
• Strong organisation and commercial awareness
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-moving environment
