Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver compelling customer experiences. You will own inventory, cash, and labor, while executing visual merchandising and maintaining store standards that uphold the brand image.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff to meet short- and long-term business goals, staying agile to respond to market trends and local competition. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
