Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our busy stores. You’ll work with the Store Manager to coach the team, deliver expert service and ensure a welcoming and well-presented store environment for every customer.

You’ll drive daily operations, support stock and safety procedures, and step up in the Store Manager’s absence, while helping your team reach performance targets and create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Drive high performance by coaching the team through daily operations including stock management.
• Lead by example to deliver expert service and hit performance targets.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.
• Step up to lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation, keeping the store organised and easy to shop.
