ERIC BOMPARD - Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)

With over thirty years of experience, ERIC BOMPARD is a leading name in high-end cashmere. Annually, we sell more than 500,000 pieces, making our creations essential in wardrobes worldwide.

As part of our ongoing international and digital growth, ERIC BOMPARD is seeking new talents to join our team. We are currently looking for a full-time (40 hours) Assistant Store Manager for our boutique on King's Road, London, starting from August 2025.

Main Missions
  • Provide customers with a unique, immersive experience through personalized storytelling, introducing them to our brand's world, timeless products, and exceptional creations.
  • Build loyalty among our local and international clientele through excellent service.
  • Maintain the quality standards of our House, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and meticulous boutique presentation.
  • Participate actively in inventory management to optimize merchandise flow.
  • Manage store openings and closings with rigor and professionalism.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant in the fashion industry.
  • Dynamic, excellent communicator with leadership qualities; able to listen and unite teams.
  • A proactive driver of positive store development, willing to take initiative.
  • Strong retail and fashion culture, passionate about the industry.
