Pertemps London is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our Islington store in London. You will work five days a week on a rota, supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, maximise occupancy and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will handle enquiries, convert bookings, promote storage solutions and maintain presentation and compliance standards while supervising colleagues and acting in the manager's absence as required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, team leader or assistant management experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to lead by example.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day management of the store.
• Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Promote storage solutions and related services.
• Help achieve sales and occupancy targets.
• Ensure high standards of store presentation and compliance.
• Supervise and motivate team members.
• Take responsibility for the store when required, including lone working.
