Job summary

Pertemps London is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our Croydon store. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, maximise occupancy and maintain excellent customer service.

You may act for the Store Manager in their absence to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance. The role requires supervisory experience, strong sales ability and superb customer service, with flexibility to work a rota of five days out of seven.

Pertemps London seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Croydon on a full-time, permanent basis, paying £28,980 annually plus a quarterly sales bonus.

Working five days from seven on a rota, the successful candidate supports the Store Manager in driving sales, maximising occupancy and upholding excellent customer service. Duties include handling enquiries, converting them into bookings, promoting storage solutions and related services, maintaining presentation standards and supervising colleagues.

When the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Store Manager assumes full responsibility for site operations.

Strong sales ability, customer focus and supervisory experience are essential for this role.
