Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland is seeking a proactive store associate to join our luxury boutique in Harrogate. You’ll partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, assist customers with complex questions, and demonstrate products to convey our Feel Good Experience.

You’ll manage store operations, from stock and cash handling to back‑office tasks, and coach teammates to turn conversations into purchases. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong people skills and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Plan rotas and support sales strategies alongside the Store Manager.
• Answer complex customer questions and demonstrate Rituals products.
• Manage store operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Coach teammates to improve performance and turn conversations into purchases.
• Act as a brand ambassador in a luxury boutique.
