Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor).
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment (teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment with high hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through training and daily feedback.
• Ensure a guest-first approach to increase guest loyalty and store performance.
• Assist in building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
