We now require a driven Assistant Store Manager to join our Flannels team at our UK flagship store in Sheffield.

• Maximise turnover to exceed targets and identify performance improvement opportunities
• Manage and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Be present on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
• Equip team members with tools and knowledge to meet business objectives
• Manage presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock per Head Office directives
• Monitor market trends, customer promotions, and local competitors
• Ensure all paperwork, policies, and procedures are followed efficiently and accurately
• Drive and deliver KPIs
• Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibility levels

Skills and knowledge:

• Experience leading a large team in a fast-paced retail environment is essential
• Strong clientele background with a solid database of contacts and clients
• Previous luxury retail experience preferred
• Exceptional people management, leadership, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and sales data
• High brand awareness and product knowledge
• Awareness of the local area
• High energy to drive projects to completion
• Confident, assertive, positive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
• Passion for fashion retail

This is a full-time, permanent role, 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including shifts in daytime, evening, and weekends.

• Salary: £40,161 per annum
