Job description

Highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (with the potential of 20% if stretch targets achieved), generous employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other excellent benefits!

We are currently seeking a pro-active, results-driven flagship store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to exceed targets, and providing world-class service, we would love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to have been recognised in the Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work 2023', one of only 11 in the 'very large' employers category.

The role

The store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What to expect from the role
  1. Support and motivate the in-store team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, setting an example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
  2. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities support successful commercial execution.
  3. Thoroughly train in our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. Support from the regional sales manager will help you nurture and develop your team’s potential and support their succession.
The successful candidate

Our store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior supervisor or current assistant manager seeking your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you. We value individuals who embody our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Ideal candidate qualities include:
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability, preferably in a flagship environment.
  • A passion for delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Understanding Pandora's local and global strategies and translating these into store, regional, and division KPIs.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and taking action accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills to coach a high-performing team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude aligned with Pandora’s values.
  • A well-presented appearance and a passion for retail and desirable products.
Why work with us?

Our people are key to our success. We offer a competitive rewards package, including:

  • A highly competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10% upon achieving sales targets (potentially 20% for stretch targets)
  • An annual jewellery uniform allowance to express your style
  • Generous employee discount
  • Access to discounts on retail, hospitality, and entertainment via our online platform
  • Support for health, wellbeing, financial advice, and legal aid through 'Retail Trust'
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year

If you're ready for a new challenge and have the relevant skills, apply now!

Pandora’s recruitment procedures are transparent and fair, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants. We encourage candidates to refrain from including identity-related information such as photos, marital status, or age. If you require reasonable adjustments during the interview process, please inform us as early as possible.
