Job summary

Perts Storage in High Wycombe is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy team. You will handle customer queries both on the phone and in person, upsell storage solutions, packs and add-ons, and assist with daily site operations.

Work patterns are weekly alternating shifts with one weekend per month; a half‑yearly bonus is available when KPIs are met. Salary is £28,980 per annum, permanent contract in a storage environment.

Responsibilities

• Speaking to customers over the phone and face-to-face, providing excellent service.
• Upselling add-ons and extras to existing customers, including packaging materials.
• Supporting the manager with day-to-day site operations.
• Ensuring communal areas are tidy and presentable for customers.
• Opening and closing the site with accuracy.
• Processing new bookings, payments and account changes.
• Conducting site tours and explaining storage options to customers.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and completing admin duties.
• Building relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business.
• Providing general support to the Manager and wider team.
• Half yearly bonus when targets and KPI's are met.
