British Heart Foundation in Wolverhampton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store team and help deliver an excellent customer journey, driving both in-store and online sales.
You will assist the Store Manager, coach staff and volunteers, ensure smooth daily operations, uphold visual merchandising standards, and meet targets. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is essential.
We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Wolverhampton so we could be the perfect match! Candidate must be fully flexible to work across 7 days per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays. This role requires manual handling and heavy lifting.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.
