Job summary

British Heart Foundation (BHF) is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our community-based fashion store teams, maximizing sales through physical and digital channels while delivering on store targets with an inclusive, diverse team and the BHF values.

The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract. Candidates should be flexible to work across 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate budgeting and P&L understanding.

• Experience working in a customer facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry.
• Experience of leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times.
• Able to work under own initiative and take a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives.

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
