British Heart Foundation in East Finchley is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a store's warehouse team. You will drive stock in and out to support sales, supervise daily operations, and create a safe, productive environment.
This hands-on role is fast-paced and demanding, with weekend and bank holiday shifts on a rota. You will need strong leadership, organisation and a proactive approach to optimize stock flow and customer service.

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to join one of our retail home store teams, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a crucial contribution to selling our preloved items.
Our Warehouse Manager work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure that the store drives stock in and out to generate sales. You will react to fast changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe & productive working environment.
Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it isphysically demanding, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.
Candidate must be fully flexible to work across 7 days per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays.
