We are recruiting for a store manager for a well-established retailer, specializing in menswear, ladieswear, accessories, and homeware, for their store based near Tiverton. The company was created in and continues to grow in strength within shops and concessions in the UK and internationally. Are you a current assistant store manager ready for a step up to store manager?

The role of store manager will be responsible for driving sales by leading the team and supporting them to achieve KPI targets. It is about the customer journey for this company, and you will create a positive retail atmosphere in the shop, which is focused on delivering results.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in retail management with a drive for sales. You'll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed. You will be a strong people manager, inspiring and supporting others with your passion and expertise.
