Job summary

Evans Cycles in Salford, United Kingdom, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a high-performing team and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach staff on product knowledge, drive sales, and maintain strong store presentation in a fast-paced cycling retail environment.

You will support inventory control, cash handling, and scheduling while promoting a safe, compliant shop. Experience in retail management and a passion for cycling are highly desirable.

• Carrying out administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required.
