We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with our Store Manager in driving store success. Your role will include leading daily operations, fostering teamwork, and creating an outstanding shopping environment while maintaining our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.
  • Encourage a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to help your team grow.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure team alignment and trust.
  • Keep the team informed about product knowledge to enhance customer service.
Operational Excellence
  • Assist in the smooth daily running of the store, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness.
  • Prioritize health and safety through regular risk assessments.
  • Support recruitment and retention of talented staff.
  • Help meet sales targets and drive profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs to track store performance.
  • Oversee stock levels and delivery management.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard store assets.
Customer Experience
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
