• Thriving as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Leader in retail or hospitality is a plus, but any dynamic management background in hospitality, leisure, or retail will be considered.
• Driven by results, excelling in maintaining high standards and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Having a keen eye for detail, mastering company procedures, and communicating instructions clearly.
• Ready to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home base, covering other locally commutable stores.
