Assistant Manager Ernest Jones Norwich

As an Assistant Store Manager at Ernest Jones in Norwich, you'll join a team in a local store. You'll support our Store Manager in achieving store targets by promoting a sales culture, building and inspiring a customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You'll be passionate about role modelling selling skills, coaching, and inspiring your team through leadership and a proactive approach to sales management.

You will run the store in the absence of the Store Manager, planning, adjusting priorities, and organizing activities regularly.

At Ernest Jones, you'll establish excellent relationships with our clients, guiding them to select the perfect piece from our exquisite collection of diamonds, prestigious watch brands, and luxury jewelry and gifts, ensuring a memorable purchase experience.
