Role Overview

Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, you will support the Store Manager in managing your store to maximize profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through visual presentation. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained according to company guidelines.

Role Responsibilities

• Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain brand integrity
• Driving and role-modeling customer service standards to exceed expectations
• Training, coaching, and developing your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews
• Analyzing financial data, retail strategies, and local knowledge to maximize sales and support commercial decisions
• Ensuring the store adheres to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and productivity
• Planning and organizing to implement the retail plan successfully
• Communicating with Head Office to influence stock management
• Ensuring compliance with procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention
• Overseeing and executing visual merchandising standards, including sales and seasonal launches
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and legal obligations including GDPR
• Taking on store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure ongoing success
