Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to back the Store Manager in leading the retail team and daily operations. This hands-on role balances leadership, customer service, and operational tasks to ensure smooth running and goal attainment.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work a 7-day pattern, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

About the role:
