Job summary

Clarks Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the store team and daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth operations in a busy retail environment.

The role suits a hands-on leader who can inspire a team, manage inventory, and coordinate store activities while maintaining Clarks standards and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
