What You’ll Do

• Operational Support: Help manage stock levels, audits, compliance, and banking
• Leadership: Motivate and support a passionate team alongside the Store Manager
• Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering outstanding, personalised service
• Visual Standards: Support merchandising and promotional campaigns to keep the store looking its best
• Step-Up Leadership: Confidently run the store in the absence of the Store Manager
