We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to partner with our Store Manager in driving the success of our store. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development:

Partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.

Sales & Performance:

Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability through effective strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and sustain store success.
Oversee stock levels, ensuring smooth replenishment and accurate delivery management.
Implement proactive loss prevention strategies to protect the store's profitability.

Customer Experience:
