Job summary

Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a Starbucks store and uphold the Cobra Coffee culture. You will support daily operations, coach partners, and maintain focus on customer satisfaction and product quality.

You’ll assist in managing schedules, ensure adherence to core values, and help drive sales growth while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in retail/hospitality environments.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions promptly.
• Capacity to develop and grow both team and business.
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

What to expect

You’ll support the Store Manager in leading a team of store partners, improving performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality. You’ll be fully aware of the store’s financial performance, identifying store growth opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.

What you’ll need
