Superdry is seeking a Store Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team in the UK. You will drive the store's performance, coach staff to be product experts, and deliver the ultimate customer experience in line with Superdry standards.

The role requires a proven retail leadership background, passion for fashion, and a commitment to sustainability and brand culture. A welcoming, inclusive environment and career development are offered.

Our Store Managers break the mould and embrace everything Superdry.

Taking responsibility for the overall running of the store, your primary focus will be smashing store targets whilst also embedding the Superdry culture. An inspirational leader you will empower those around you to be themselves, to innovate like mad, and most importantly, your team will love what they do and have fun doing it.

• Ideally experienced in fashion although this isn’t a must
