Job summary

American Vintage Groupe is seeking a passionate retail associate to join our Soho store in London. You will be the right hand of the District Manager, supporting a team of six and contributing to daily success through customer engagement and store operations.

You will maintain brand standards, assist with merchandising, inventory and back-office tasks, and help train and develop teammates while embodying our values and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• First successful experience in retail.
• Inspirational team player with natural leadership qualities.
• Customer service oriented.
• English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Establish a relationship of trust and proximity with customers.
• Take up business challenges to achieve objectives and surpass goals.
• Ensure store merchandising, cleanliness and back-office processes (inventory, deliveries, restocking, stock).
• Work with the manager on managerial tasks and day-to-day operations.
• Lead team training and development in partnership with the manager.
• Convey the brand's values and DNA and continuously develop product knowledge.

Join our store located in the heart of Soho, London, at 38 Lexington Street, W1F 0LL and become the right hand of Brunys, our District Manager, while supporting a team of 6 people in their daily success.

2. Pay attention to the details of your shop

• Respect visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness

3. Learn with your manager and pass on

• Ensure team training and skills development
• Convey the brand's values and DNA
• Continuously develop your product knowledge
