Assistant Store Manager | Full Time | 40 hours | Fixed termContract until December 2025

Up to £29,000 + annualbonus

Are you passionate about the great outdoors andready to help lead a motivated team? Cotswold Outdoor Group, the UK’s premier destination for outdoor enthusiasts, is looking for adriven and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our teamin Bath.

Please note this is a FTC until December2025.

What You’ll Do

Operational Support:Assist with key processes such as inventory, stock audits, andbanking.

Leadership: Partner with the Store Manager to inspireand manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts.

Premium CustomerService: Act as a role model by delivering exceptional service andhelping customers find their perfect gear.

Sales & VisualExcellence: Support seasonal promotions and ensure the store meetshigh visual merchandising standards.

Stand-In Leadership: Takecharge of the team and store in the Store Manager’s absence.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: A proven track recordin retail management, ideally in outdoor, apparel, or footwearsectors.

Leadership Skills: The ability tomotivate and coach a team to achieve success.

OperationalKnowledge: Understanding of store compliance, processes, and visualmerchandising.
