Responsibilities include managing deliveries, placing orders, handling customer queries, overseeing team performance, organizing rotas, and working towards store goals such as maximizing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, minimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency. The role also entails stepping in for the Store Manager when necessary.

Please note, the salary shown is based on a 45-hour workweek. Aldi offers 32, 36, and 40-hour contracts with pro-rated salaries accordingly.
