Role Overview

We are looking for a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive and can work independently. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience within retail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Store Manager: Assist in daily store operations ensuring costs are within targets.
2. Drive Sales: Maximise profitability by promoting sales and identifying growth opportunities.

5. Deputise for the Manager: Step in when needed to ensure smooth operations.
