Our first store in Keighley started the high street cut-price labels trend, which continues today. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Atherstone team.

We are seeking an ambitious Temp Assistant Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in creating a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a positive workplace.

Your role will involve motivating the team, engaging with customers passionately, and working to achieve the store’s sales targets. As a community retailer, you will actively promote engagement with the local area to maximize results.

You will work hard yet keep the environment fun! With our growth plans, there are excellent opportunities to potentially run your own store in the future.

We are looking for individuals with retail management experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, including team management and engagement, is essential.
